FOCACCIA This (top photo) was my very first low-carb focaccia but its good enough I still often make it. The flavor is neutral and if you use smaller sheet pans, it will be thicker if you like it thick. This bread has a delightful flavor. Its great hot with butter, great with Italian food, and sliced into sticks is good with soup or for dipping hummus. Give this one a try! I think youll like it!
