FOCUS Have you ever noticed that when a camera is focused on a person or object everything else is a bit blurry... or out of focus in the background. What you are focused on is clear and in the foreground. Your brain uses your eyes to do the same thing. When you focus on something with your brain... everything else becomes blurry or out of focus and in the background. Think about it. What do you want to be in the FOREGROUND OF YOUR LIFE... and what do you want to be in the background and blurry. If you focus on the negative, its all that you will see clearly in the foreground of your life. And the positive is blurry and in the background. If you focus on the positive, its all that you will see clearly in the foreground of your life. The negative will be in the blurry background. EVERY SITUATION HAS A POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE. ITS LIKE A COIN. YOU CANT HAVE HEADS WITHOUT THE TAILS. WE LIVE IN A DUALITY EXISTENCE. WHEN YOU LOOK AT A PERSON, WHAT DO YOU FOCUS ON? THEIR POSITIVE ATTRIBUTES OR NEGATIVE? WHEN YOU LOOK AT A SITUATION, WHAT DO YOU LOOK AT THE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE? YOU CAN ONLY FOCUS ON ONE THING AT A TIME. AND THIS IS A GOOD THING BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU A CHOICE AND CONTROL. BOTH THE POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE WILL ALWAYS EXIST. WE CANT HAVE ONE WITHOUT THE OTHER. THEY DEFINE EACH OTHER LIKE LIGHT AND DARKNESS. AND WHAT EVER YOU ARE FOCUSING ON AUTOMATICALLY LEAVES EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE BLURRY BACKGROUND. WHAT ARE YOU FOCUSING ON AND BRINGING TO THE FOREGROUND OF YOUR LIFE?
