FOCUS OF THE WEEK: Breathing This week, focus on your breath. Try as much as possible to breathe in and out of your nose the entire class (aside from the two breathing exercises.) Learn to control your breath to help you through class...slow it down...let your breath calm your racing mind and relax the tension from your day. Calm, slow and controlled. Breathe.
