FOCUS T25®—ALPHA CYCLE—check! BETA CYCLE—heres what you need to know. Hey, yall. If youve been Pushing Play every day (and I KNOW you have because its only 25 minutes—right?), youre already seeing results. First, I want to say how proud I am of your commitment to FOCUS T25® and all the hard work you did in ALPHA Cycle. Youre amazing! Nows the time to keep that momentum going into BETA Cycle, and Im with you all the way. To help make the most of these next five weeks, heres what I want you to do: checkbox Recharge your mind and focus on your goals. In the first five weeks you built your fitness foundation. Now youre going to bring it home and push yourself to get the body you want. Think about your goals—do you have a strong vision of what you want to achieve? Focus on where you want to be five weeks from now, and lets Get It Done! checkbox Check your progress. Hey, youre already halfway there. Want to see how far youve come? Take new photos and check your measurements. Ill bet youre making some great progress. Use that momentum to keep pushing yourself hard every day. checkbox And check your diet. Are you eating enough to fuel your workouts? BETA Cycle is going to ramp up in intensity, so if you had low energy in ALPHA Cycle you might want to add some more fruits and veggies to give yourself extra energy. Now is also a great time to get rid of any cheat food still left in your pantry. Can you make healthier choices? I can get you the results, but youve got to do the work.
