FOLKESTONE: Black Bull Road (A259) was closed this morning after a 17-year-old man climbed up onto rooftops around 11am after his car was allegedly stopped by police and he ran away. The teenager had been refusing to come down and was pictured above Marios Fish Bar and Absolute Security Locksmiths in between Pavilion Road and Jesmond Street. A police helicopter was seen hovering overhead while police, an ambulance and fire engine were parked in the road. The male has now reportedly climbed down.
