FOOD/BEVERAGES SECTOR: RS Hunter Limited on behalf of its client is currently recruiting to fill the following position; Position: Nutritionist/Dietitian Job Description: Applicants would be accountable for assessing nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement menu plans and provides nutritional counseling. Translate scientific information about nutrition into practical advice to help people make health-conscious decisions about food. Train cooks, stewards and clients on nutritional Low fat cooking Execute administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Performs other duties or special projects as needed. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Culinary Science, nutrition, microbiology, or related field. Knowledge of a range of sciences and their applications to food. Good business, IT, analytical and numerical abilities. Excellent communication and team working skills. Meticulous thoroughness, particularly with regard to health, safety and hygiene. The ability to interact well with customers – both internal and external constituents. Strong attention to detail 0-2 years of experience.
