FOOD FOR THOUGHT CHUNKY ITALIAN SOUP NEXT WEEK: Thursday 29th March @ 10:30am Lunch items will be on the agenda, wraps/pita bread!! 2x Carrots 1x Onion 2x Celery sticks 1x Turnip or Swede 1x Crushed garlic 2x Cans chopped tomatoes 1tbsp Tomato puree 1tbsp Dried mixed Italian herbs 1 pints hot vegetable stock. Chuck it all in the pot, chopped. Simmer until all veg is tender. (30 mins or so) Season to taste. Honey, salt, pepper. (if you wish)
