✨FOOD FOR THOUGHT✨ If you struggle with depression/anxiety/negative thoughts (that meh, blah, I dont wanna feeling), I URGE you to keep a food diary this next week, (be HONEST, write it ALL down), and then write down how you feel at the start if each morning and at the end of each day. I cannot emphasize enough how greatly food affects our state of mind and emotions. You can scrutinize if youd like, dismiss this advice, or even ignore it, BUT if youre tired of feeling the way you feel, you owe it to yourself to give this a try. PM your food diary, and well come up with a plan to help you feel your very BEST! 😉
