FOODIES!!!....Just an observation about customers. The way you respond, is what they will respect, no matter if they like your product or not. A customer can be negligent, rude, out of control, and yes even stupid. But there is always someone else looking on (whom may be a worthwhile potential customer) at how you handle negativity. If you engage that rude customer in a shouting match, you may be seen as an un-business like person that cant handle adversity. That alone can diminish your potential growth. We need strong entrepreneurs that are confident of their product enough to be professional and know that you win some, & you lose some. The reason for the rudeness may be nothing personal, that person may have different taste (OR TASTE PALATE) than you do. But dont allow that to hold you back. Be cordial, ask if you can help to make it better. If it gets too much out of hand, call some type of authority to calm the situation down. The mindset is to get to the real customers, and win the bad ones over. Be open for criticism, it might just be something wrong with the food or price. Maybe you can only sell certain foods in certain locations. But whatever it may be, get to know, learn from, and appreciate your customers... Thanks for listening...God Bless! :)
