FOODTRIP @snacktime PUTO TAKTAK 09+19+20 Captured by LT22i Sony Xperia P Im about to cross the street on my way to Magsaysay, Davao going to IGACOS waiting for a bus, I saw a boy selling puto taktak. It cought my attention because many are buying it, must be delicious. And I think theres no problem with its sanitation because it is placed inside a little glass cabinet and he cooked well, as i observed. So, off I buy 4 pieces. Its only Php5.00/piece and its timely for our snack (with Louie and Leo in Samal), it was 10:00 oclock in the morning. It was yummy! Puto taktak is made from cassava, grinded and mixed with sugar then steamed it after add with margarine. I dont really know what are the other ingredients but yes, it was delicious! Did you know?
