#FOOTBALL - #2013Schoolboyfootball: ISSA/LIME DaCosta Cup - Group H - CLARENDON COLLEGE penalized for using INELIGIBLE PLAYER. The Inter-Secondary School Sports Association (ISSA) in a release advised that Clarendon College was penalized for using a player who was not PROPERLY REGISTERED. Clarendon College who lost their 100% win record after going down 1-0 to Lennon High on Saturday (October 12) lost 6 points for the stated offence. The player, whose name was not revealed in the release represented the former champions in matches against Edwin Allen High (September 18) and Lennon High (September 21) respectively. As a result of the ruling both Edwin Allen High and Lennon High were awarded 3 points with a 3-0 margin. Clarendon College after the adjusted points finished at the top of the standings with 15 points, one ahead of Lennon High and Edwin Allen High. Lennon High claimed the second automatic spot from the group on the basis of a superior goal difference.
