FOOTBALL BAR PENDLAY ROWS: 110lbs x 8 x 4 sets -before this I did 4 sets of chin ups AMRAP -after the fb bar rows I did ring rows. although you dont see all of my sets in the video, I changed up my grips for each set. some i did neutral grip keeping hands close to my body. the set in the video i tried keeping my elbows out and pulling the rings apart as my body came up. and I did a set using a twisting row starting with my palms facing away and ending with palms twisting out facing my shoulders. -then trained reverse hypers which I plan on using every day mon-fri as AJ says will help with my back alignment. I have been having some hip and low back pain due to my strength imbalance that we are working on correcting and this should help get that in order fairly quickly. and finished up with 2 sets of hyper extensions AMRAP. my back is J-E-L-L-O !
