FOR ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES IT’S NOT WHAT IT SEEMS It’s not what it seems, when the tide changes and the evidence is left naked on the beach to be seen, It’s not what it seems when those who think they have no response for those who speak, It’s not what it seems when all that is learned is given up in default, It’s not what is seems when drama never leaves but disguises itself in so many ways to stay around, It’s not what is seems when being misunderstood creates friction to the nth degree, It’s not what it seems when your intelligence is down graded and you are subliminally labeled ignorant, It’s not what it seems when you can express your feelings but won’t accept the expressed feelings of others, It’s not what it seems when you lay in waiting to ambush a loved one for your own selfish pleasure, It’s not what it seems when you belittle the opinion of another because you feel spiritually superior, It’s not what it seems when you decide to treat someone worst than you would want to be treated, It’s not what it seems when you can never be wrong, do wrong or speak wrong, It’s not what it seems when anything you do is all that matters, It’s not what it seems when you interpret others thoughts before words are even spoken, It’s not what it seems when you have the first, middle and last words, whenever you converse, It’s not what it seems when all you do is for you and all that is done is too others, It’s not what it seems when there is nothing left to give and the emotional pitcher is empty, It’s not what it seems when only once you really wanted to be understood and it failed, It’s not what it seems when you give, you take, you give again and there are no thank yous, It’s not what it seems when kindness is displayed and hostility takes over, It’s not what it seems when your thoughts, your feelings, your affections are just yours, It’s not what it seems when all you have is not enough for someone else, It’s not what it seems when argument is a foundation for your communication, It’s not what it seems when insensitivity is overlook for your own personal agenda, It’s not what it seems when you are too good to apologize or accept an apology, It’s not what it seems when dumping on someone makes you feel great, It’s not what it seems when you are to be and you have to be and you become, It’s not what it seems when there is no common ground, It’s not what it seems when you vent on another to make yourself feel better, It’s not what it seems when you hide behind God to forsake the true meaning of who you are, It’s not what it seems when there is only a once in lifetime chance and you kill it, It’s not what it seems when love is expressed and trampled on for fun, It’s not what it seems when it seems what it’s not, YOU ARE NOT WHAT YOU SEEMED!
