FOR EVER, O LORD thy word is settled (established; as a military post; secured) in heaven (Ps 119:89). There is nothing in all creation as secure Gods word is in heaven. It will never change, not even gradually, like the day dawns or wanes. Heaven and Earth shall pass away, but my word shall not pass away. Gods word is more secure than the very ground you are standing on. God cannot deny His Word. Gods word liveth and abideth FOR EVER. (l Peter 1:23) OK! How about in the Earth? Jesus said, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. (Mat 18:18). The AUTHORITY to bind and loose is in the earth. God sent Jesus (the Word made flesh) into the earth, made of a woman, in order to have AUTHORITY in the earth. God gave Jesus AUTHORITY to execute judgment over satan, because Jesus is the son of MAN. (Jn 5:27). ALL AUTHORITY is executed by WORD, but it is enforced by POWER. The judge who executes a warrant does not himself come and arrest said person. He sends his WORD by the hand of a constable who wears a gun (power). Kings, dictators, Congress, and all ruling bodies, exercise authority their subjects by WORDS, but enforced by the POWER of law enforcement departments . When fools sin, get sick, and draw nigh to the gates of death, if they cry unto the LORD, he sent His WORD (Jesus; Jn 1:17) and healed them. (Ps 107:17-20). The Roman Centurion said to Jesus, I know how authority works, just send your WORD, Jesus, and my servant shall be healed. (Mat 8:8-9) The believer inherited AUTHORITY by Earthbirth (Gen 1:26), but POWER was delegated to the believer by Jesus. (Mat 28 18-19; Mk 16-15-18; Lk 24:49; Acts 1:8). Remember, the authority to bind and loose is in the earth. (Mat 18:18) God will help you from heaven, (vs 19), but YOU must ...FIRST bind the strong man, (Mat 12:28-29: Mk 3:27; Lk 11:20-22) and loose the power of the Holy Ghost (Mat 12:28); here on the earth (Matt18:19), to work in your behalf. When does the believer receive this delegated POWER? (dunamis-Greek Dictionary=the power,ability to work mighty miracles). Acts 1:8: and you shall receive POWER, (dunamis), after that the Holy Ghost has come upon you. The one hundred and twenty believers waited at Jerusalem until they were endued with POWER (dunamis) from on High. (Lk 24-49) They tarried (waited) for the promise of the Father (Holy Ghost). (Acts 1:4-5). This enduement (anointment) of POWER (dunamis) from on High, began to be poured out more than two thousand years ago. (Acts chapter 2) It is still available today! Just like they received it in Acts chapter 2. You can have the same Holy Ghost today. Complete with the evidence of speaking in tongues (a language that you didnt learn). An estimated one billion (1,000,000,000) people have already received it. Youll need it sooner or later to protect your household. You must first, bind the devil and drive him from your domain. To drive him off your loved ones and friends. This POWER was not available, in Jobs day, but we have it now. We have a new and better covenant. ZOE belongs to you. Dont let the thief steal it from you. (Jn 10:10)
