FOR EVERYONE WHO EVER BUGGED ME FOR MY CHICKN -N-DUMPLIN RECIPE THIS IS CLOSE to my CHEAT recipe(as in quick dumplins) These are the only differences in my recipe! You can substitute one can of the cream of chicken for either 1 of either cream of celery or cream of mushroom ! Use uncooked chicken! And flour the biscuits before rolling out so that they don`t stick on the rolling pin(if you don`t have a rolling pin use a smooth glass and roll like you would a rolling pin) cut into strips i usually do approx about 4/5 or so per biscuit ! I guess it depends on how big you want your dumplin and what size can bicuit (sm)!when adding the bicuits a little at a time make sure that you stir really well , and continue to cook at least 45 min longer! When finished cooking season to taste w/ adobo seasoning !
