SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, Manchester, NH – The Independent Business Council of New Hampshire (IBC) announces launch of its website IBCNH with its main focus centered on member services and advocacy for small business owners. “The success of our small business owners and entrepreneurs depends on our ability to organize. This begins with listening to their daily experiences and keeping a watchful eye on the economy as a whole,” said Frank Guinta, the group’s Chairman. “It is our goal to identify measures which mean success for New Hampshire’s top employers - its small and independent businesses.” The main functions of the website are listed below; Makes Case for Small Business: As small business begins its formal advocacy through IBC it is obvious that we must look at the impact this job creator has on the economy. Business News: This is offered on the homepage and informs in real time the ongoing business news being reported by region across the state. Business Soundboard: This page enlists the opinions and policy suggestions from small business owners to policymakers in Concord and Washington. Studies: Providing some insight on the landscape of New Hampshire small business. Easy to use Contact and Media Pages: It is important that making contact with the IBC is easy for both the interested public as well as the respected members of the media. The attention to these details is critical to any organization. Altos Marketing was the chosen vendor to build this important marketing tool. "The new website was developed on a platform which constantly updates readers with the latest business information from across the state,” said James Basbas, Vice President of Altos Marketing. “The webpage also features an interactive business soundboard, as well as important data on the recessionary impact on small business. It was a pleasure to work with IBC on this very important project." The soundboard offers a submission portal which focuses on the listening post and watchful eye philosophy of the entire IBC organization. The Independent Business Council of New Hampshire (IBC) assists small businesses with strategic analysis and organization, issue monitoring and leadership, case management and advocacy, and communications. IBC is a member driven organization which operates a Board of Advisors made up of small business owners from around the state. Spearheaded by Congressman Frank Guinta, the group works to strengthen the economic vitality of New Hampshire through education and connection among agency regulators, government representatives, and business leaders offering policy expertise and advocacy for economic and business policies.
