As of April 2014 Province Mortgage Associates is now a Full Service Direct Mortgage Lender. Glenn brings over 22 years of experience in all aspects of the mortgage process including sales, processing, underwriting, secondary marketing, and accounting. “He has a tremendous amount of knowledge, and a reputation in our business for being not only a great underwriter but also a wonderful teacher,” commented Alan Conley, Strategic Growth Manager at Province. “In working with Glenn for 30 days now we can honestly say that everything we heard about him was 100% true!” Due to his roots in sales, Mortgage Advisors at Province are gushing over his enormous amount of program and product knowledge which he has acquired through the years. The second addition to the Province staff is long time mortgage industry veteran, Rick Pannone. Rick has over 30 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry serving as the Northeast Division Manager and eventually Director of Capital Markets for Accredited Home Lenders, one of our nation’s largest mortgage companies. He joins Province Mortgage Associates as their Director of Capital Markets and he will be overseeing all warehouse bank and lender relationships, product development, pricing, execution, and post-closing. “Rick’s extensive experience and connections in the industry are going to open many doors for Province that may have been previously closed.
