Come and join this festive event with numerous skydiving legends along with current and former Golden Knights Friday 10 October at 5:00 p.m. There will be a Welcome Kickoff, Tribute jump to the USAPT, reception, and BBQ dinner at the DZ Pioneers Lounge. There will be two former Golden Knights and honorary Golden Knight, Helmut Schlecht, who are going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame Saturday evening. This induction is to recognize and honor the innovation and exceptional achievements of these individuals who have inspired and advanced the highest standards into the sport of skydiving. Jerry Bourquin D-22, was one of the original STRAC Parachute Team members from 1960-1961, Competition Team leader and world champion through 1965. Chris Needels was the sixth Commander of the United States Army Parachute Team, who served 1971-1974, executive director of USPA and vice-president of the National Skydiving Museum.
