FOR PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: Among the meaningful traditions of the Filipino is the common family meal where all members of the family are preaent to give thanksgiving to Gods abundant blessings. Cognizant thereto, Presidential Proclamation No. 69 dated Sept 18 1992 and Proclamation No. 326 dated January 26, 2012 mandates the observance of the National Family Week in Sept of every year and declares the 4th Mon of Sept as Nagkakaisang Henerasyon:Matatag Na Pamilya, Matatag ng Lipunan Day, respectively. The City Govt of San Fernando, LU will be cutting off office hours to 12nn to allow city employees to celebrate the FAMEALY DAY with their families today, Sept 22.
