FOR SALE**** 1998 HONDA Accord EX V6 Sedan (3.0 4-speed Automatic) 200 hp @ 5500rpm up to 26 mpg highway/208,900 miles/leather seats/cruise control/Moonroof (tilted up or slide back)/power windows/Power door locks/power steering/power mirrors/upgraded CD player/radio also wired for an amp/Cassette player/anti-theft/digital temp reading/BRAND NEW COOLING SYSTEM including hoses, radiator, thermostat (1 week ago), oil CHANGES (NOT new oil put in.... this car was taken to a service center every 3,000 miles and a complete change including filters and fluids were done), All 4 tires less than 1 yr. old, brakes and pads changed Feb. 2014, wiper blades replaced Sept 2014, Headlights just replaced, ball joints replaced in 2012, NEW BATTERY (bought Oct 2014) The bad: Mechanically, this car is fit as a whistle! Well maintained, heat works quickly and gets to 90 degrees, air will freeze you out in no time! Cosmetically, there are a few issues. #1.) There was a recall on the the clear coat paint.... if you do a 5 min. search on 98 Accords you will see that.... mainly just noticeable on hood and trunk. There is a dent (not that noticeable) towards the back left side of the car where someone bumped it backing up, windshield has a faint scrape from last winter when the wiper blade fell of because of ice and scratched it, leather interior is perfect in back and passenger, however, there is a tear on the butt part on the front seat.... Car runs and drives smoothly.... sometimes there will be a creak here or there when its really cold while its warming up, no way you could tell this car is a 1998! Check Engine Light has been on the two years Ive had it..... had it checked out several times during tune ups.... no issues.... KBB value $2666, most sites are selling this model for $3000.... I am ASKING $2100 OBO! If sold before Christmas, I will negotiate a little more as well as give it to you with a FULL TANK OF GAS.... CLEAN TITLE IN HAND.... car is mostly show worthy, may need a quick vacuum but I am 9 months pregnant and cant bend over to do it. Happy to meet anytime!
