I tried my very best to photograph this. The artwork is not completely flat, it is a little wavey. The game case has been replaced with a standard DVD case. The manual is included but has damage as well. The manual used to have a sticker on the front but it looks like someone tried to tear it off leaving it damaged afterwards. The disc has been professionally cleaned. The disc has some minor damage with minor scuffs on the disc hub mainly but also in other areas of the disc. The game has been TESTED and works PERFECT!
