FOR THE ATTENTION OF PRESIDENT OF PRESIDENT KOROMA NO MEDICINE AT EBOLA TREATMENT CENTRE, BUT NON- EBOLA PATIENTS ARE STILL BEING ADMITTED HERE WITHOUT MEDICAL ASSISTANCE A woman name withheld was admitted at the Ebola Treatment centre. She was reportedly having pressure. The husband was not allowed access to his wife. I was praying around 8: 30 when I heard a man crying saying that his wife has been admitted and nobody could update him about her health. The husband said that he was going to expose the government. But I was thinking dat the man was a patient, so I went out to meet them to knw what happened .The man told me that his wife was admitted at the treatment centre and this was confirm by her mother whom I also spoke to. There was nobody to help and so I contacted the United Sierra Leone Ebola Campaign Group who recommended us to the Messeh Leone Foundation for medical assistance. With the timely intervention of the Foundation in providing the needed medical support, d woman was discharged this morning. She was admitted for some days . The woman was not an Ebola patient, but was admitted to the Ebola treatment centre. This may have exposed her to the Ebola virus. Some non- Ebola patients have been infected in the past due to admission at Ebola Treatment Centres. Thank God and thank goodness, the woman has been saved.
