FOR THOSE WHO ARE AT THAT PLACE OF PAIN... Even the beautiful flowers we see, pushed through pain. Even this rocky patch will pass. Even this fogginess will pass. It is a cycle and it will pass like the seasons do. You will come out of it stronger, fruit-full, wise and well learned. Whilst it is going on, concentrate on that breath of LOVE which continues to sustain you. Take a long deep breath and another and another. Think of a woman in labour and pain of delivering a child. Always a matter of life and death accomplished with intermittent deep long breaths. If you are at that place of pain at the moment, you are at that stage beloved ones. You will deliver at the right time but this pain is part of the process. Keep focussed on the breath and the right moment to push.
