FORGIVENESS TECHNIQUE: Think about someone who has really hurt you, betrayed or devastated you; someone you have had a really hard time forgiving. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, exhale slowly, and repeat this statement, inserting the persons name: Let our grievances be replaced by Miracles, (Enter Persons Name HERE). EXAMPLE: Let our grievances be replaced by Miracles, Bob/Sarah A Course in Miracles teaches that you can have your grievances or you can have your Miracles, but you cannot have both.
