FORWARDED MSG Tesco boycott update SAD NEWS As an employee working at the local Batley Tesco, I had seen first hand the effects from boycotting which started during Ramadhan. The entire chain of management from top level down was anxious and nervous from the lack of sales. Unfortunately since the truce has come in force, the Muslim number of shoppers has slowly been on the rise. This is actually a great shame as the impact was extensive on Tesco from the lack of sales. Many non Muslims workers and shoppers were realising the reason why Muslims had started boycotting and some even admired the unity that was been shown. It was great way off raising awareness for the crimes been carried out by the zionist. However things are slowly starting to get back to normality with Muslim shoppers coming. This is a great relief to management and Tesco. It shows that Money comes before morals and ethics in our local community. Just because the battle is over the war is not won in Palestine yet and the Muslim community fall at the first hurdle. How weak are we that we can’t even show solidarity with boycotting while so many alternatives are available around us. Lastly remember the pennies we try to save by shopping at Tesco make the pounds in their back pockets which goes towards the killing of our brothers and sisters in Palestine. So just think… Appeal to all Muslims in the UK: Pls continue your boycott and make sabr with alternatives, the Ummah is one body, if one part hurts the rest of the body feels its pain (till such time that part has been treated and cured) PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW.
