***FOSTER HOME NEEDED END OF JANUARY*** When we started this rescue, we knew we would like to help ALL animals and not be as exclusive as Breed Specific Rescues can typically be. With that being said...I introduce you to Brazos. We would be happy to offer rescue to this boy, but need a foster for him, preferably in the Denver Metro Area. Please read what his local/temporary foster has to say about him. Sweet Brazos...he is about 3 yrs old, big boy. Brazos was abandoned near 2 vacant houses, we think left as a guard dog according to neighbors. There was an elementary school and community park across the street. I received a call about him but had no room at the time. The little old lady who called me was going to put him in her backyard but I said no...hes too big, he may hurt you are your dogs, give me a couple of days...well, couple of days go by, she calls..he has been tapped by a driver on the busy road and NOW, he is in her back yard, thankfully uninjured. So off I go, room or no room, he needed a place. Brazos is a sweetheart. He runs as hard as he can, then finally settles and wants to play with his toys. He is good on a lead, knows sit. Big ole lug of love. He is HW negative, neutered and healthy as evidenced in his pictures. Hell need someone strong enough to handle him just because he is a big dog at 84lbs.
