FOUND - Elmira/Horseheads, NY Found: 8-15-14, City of Elmira, Town of Elmira and Town of Horseheads. She was found running west in the eastbound lane from Elmiras Exit 56 to Horseheads exit 54. She was almost the cause of several accidents in her journey. Many people stopped on the busy highway during morning commute trying to help catch her, but putting themselves and others at risk of an accident. This resulting in drawing animal control officers to traffic detail and pulling attention away from trying to catch this little girl.
