FOUND DOG TIBETAN MASTIFF Hi guys. Im sorry to post this here, Im just trying all avenues to locate this dogs owner. I found him outside of my apartment whimpering late last night, and brought him in out of the rain. The owners name on his tag is Jim Pliley, of Spokane, Washington--Im guessing they moved here within the last year or two. If ANYONE knows anything about this dog or his owner please let me know. Ive had his microchip scanned at a vets office, the information is out of date, phone number is out of service. Please help, this poor old guy just wants to go home. Found in the Quail Lakes neighborhood just before midnight on Wednesday, November 12th. He is wearing a Service Animal vest.
