FOUND in south Dallas: an unaltered male chihuahua (175 and Hatcher St area). He had a dirty, very tight collar on him and also few dozen fleas. Not sure if he has owners or if he was dumped and started outgrowing his collar (collar was secured with zip ties so it couldnt stretch or be expanded by anyone). He is very young- probably less than a year. Sent an email to DAS in case his owners come to reclaim him- and if they do I am not sure if they would pay reclaim fees to get him back. He will need a rescue/foster/adopter after the 3 day stray hold is over. He is shy but very sweet. He is also always in the mood and humps everything in sight. This kiddo is very good about going potty outside because he loves following girls home in hopes that one will let him stay. instafoster@gmail
