#FOUNDATION We are pleased to present the second sock pack in the Foundation series, designed specifically by our friends at Richer Poorer to support the functional & durable Hi Pres shower boot. Richer Poorer’s USA-made, combed cotton socks feature a plush, padded footbed. The Hi Pres is also anchored in comfort with the application of the collection’s premium insert. The style pays homage to a series of rubberized and vulcanized work wear boots made by PF Flyers between the 1930’s and 50’s. The sock design is inspired by a classic Wampum pattern. This geometric sequence appeared quite often in Wampum belts used in storytelling and trade amongst the Native American tribes of southern New England. Together, the Hi Pres and the classic Wampum pattern sock help to celebrate PF Flyers’ history in waterproof footwear and connection to the Northeast.
