FOUR NATIONS APPROACHES. At LeAF tonight Bournemouthbarbell was busy. Sion and Owen went 300kg plus on squats tonight. Owen got two at 300 and Sion managed an easy 310 in his loose suit. Videos to follow. Girls -SUSIE,Megan,Charlie and Shasha did six 6s box squat with 60% lrm then up to 90% single followed by leg press and then pistols. Our 66kg trio Jack S,AMRIK and Corey did the same as the girls but temptation took them up to 170/180 to finish.Steve T paused 6 at 150 and Phil hit a pb of 152.5kg for one.Farris and Matt worked with the big boys in the other rack. Did a really good session. Danielle/Bobby/Caitlin,/Jack --all throwers did all five compound lifts easy. Danielle getting 117.5kg Deadlift at age 15 and weighing 63kg.Lucy with sore shoulder Deadlifted easy the did leg press and bits and pieces training around the injury.Mark,Myself and Brian lifted a bit on the sly as well. Results are confidential. LOL.Does yet another comeback beckon. .NO. well maybe. --Bench and seated press only. With friends helpers and parents we had 27 in tonight. A pleasant evening.
