FOX TOPIX: How do you make learning fun for your kids? Yes, school is out for the summer. However, there’s plenty of exhibits and events happening in our area during the summer months that encourage and help kids learn while still making the process fun. In this week’s MiGreat Places, we explore the unique Lego exhibit at the Traverse City History Center! Several scenes from our nation’s history are set up using the popular toy; kids can learn and also build their own piece of history! Whether it’s taking a hike in northern Michigan’s wilderness and teaching them about native plants, or taking them to a local museum, do you do anything to make learning a little more fun for your kids?
