FOXIE AKA BERT (A0984273) **** I PROMISE TO LOVE YOU FOREVER**** Meet Foxie, a 14 year old female Papillon mix. Foxie was brought in as a stray so not much is known about her past. What we do know about Foxie is that she is not feeling well. She has some medical issues that come with being a senior (mild dental issues, cloudy eyes), but she also has other issues that need attention to determine how to deal with them. It breaks my heart when I see a senior abandoned in their time of need. Along with Foxie’s hair being unkept, she is weak and emaciated, I cannot believe someone let her get to this point. Foxie is really confused about her environment, she doesn’t know where she is, why she is here, and she is scared. Can you blame her? She isn’t feeling well, she has had to fend for herself, and now she is in a place that might cause her harm. Foxie should not be in this situation at this stage in her life. She should be in a home that gives her unconditional love and comfort. Instead Foxie is shivering in a cold, damp, cage alone, waiting her fate. Foxie needs a break, she needs a new lease on life.
