FOXTROT FALCONS WEEK 7 UPDATE: Good morning Falcons family and friends! This week was another great week of training. We began the week with the Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Test in which there were very minimal No-Gos. Those Soldiers who did not pass will be able to retest next week and if they fail to receive a Go they will not be CLS qualified upon graduation but they will be given an opportunity to become qualified once they reach their duty station. They also trained at the Multi Simulation Training Facility which provided them with realistic medical training to test their first aid abilities learned over the course of the cycle. Also, they participated in Victory Week which gave them an opportunity to relax and provide moral support to their fellow battle buddies who participated in some of the activities there. We ended the week with a training live fire exercise where your SIT and their battle buddy were given a scenario where they had to engage targets while moving from one object to another. This training made them think outside the box and work together as a team to accomplish a mission. Once again, thanks for all your continued support of your SIT! We look forward to updating you all next week which will be technically our last week of training because the week after that will be Victory Forge which is the training exercise in which all the training your SITs have received will be tested during that period. Also, on Thursday they will be taking the End of Cycle (EOC) Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). This is one of the most important events that take place during the cycle and can be the most stressful. Please keep them in your thoughts during this time. Have a great week & we look forward to updating you all again! FALCONS LEAD THE WAY!!!
