FQ: FQ: Please post My 3 month old daughter has terrible eczema. I am now on to a third type of cream, i have changed our laundry detergent, what we wash with, we have stopped wearing perfume and cologne and we are now in the process of starting to use a different brand of formula to see if it might be the brand we are using causing some sort of allergy. i dont know what else to do. i have called the doctor and she did call the baby in elidel cream, but after both me and the pharmacist read that it was in no way recommended for children under two, the doctor withdrew the prescription and finally approved my referral to the dermatologist. I really dont want to have to put a steriod cream on her face, maybe her body, but i am just really skeptical about it. what have other mothers out there tried ? there is this one holistic doctor in another state that some very good friends of mine have been to with their baby who had eczema and his almost completely gone. but i dont know too much about holistic medicine. what have you other moms tried or what did your doctors do ? posted by ~4
