FQ: Hello. I am a FTM (20 years old) and I will be 12 weeks tomorrow. My pregnancy has been great. Typical growing pains and sickness. But one issue has came up, and I dont know what to do.. So I am seeking some advice.. For the past week EVERY SINGLE NIGHT, my anxiety is through the roof. I get so anxious to the point I make myself sick. I talked to my OBGYN and he prescribed me anti anxiety medication, but warned me that there is a chance of birth defect. So I wont take them. But this anxiety is getting out of hand. I feel scared and anxious like something is wrong and someone is watching me. I also just moved and figured maybe its because Im not used to my surroundings? But it only happens during the night. Thanks for any tips on how to stop this or make it bearable.
