FQ: Hi, Im 13 weeks and 4 days pregnant 19 years old and ftm, I wont have another ultrasound till 20 weeks to find out what Im having , but lately Ive been experiencing a lots of anxiety and nightmares about having a miscarriage, I was wondering If any other moms have had this same problem with anxiety and if did you do to help with the anxiety, I recently bought a doppler hoping that would help but it still hasnt come in the mail, thank you . ~13
