FQ: Hi! Im 30 pregnant with baby number 3 and was just diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes. Not quite sure why my OB/GYN opted to test me so late (instead of the usual 24-28 weeks). She stated the baby measures 3 weeks ahead but will not change my due date and has measured ahead for weeks, but it was never mentioned until I asked. Im scheduled for a C-Section on October 3 (39 weeks along). I was just wondering how other mommies changed their lifestyle since being diagnosed with GD and if it went away after birth. I would also like to know if and how it effected their little one. Im just nervous that shell be huge, develop type 2 Diabetes, or will be still born. Thank you all ❤️
