FQ: Hi Im a first time momma of a beautiful healthy 3 1/2 month old girl, I went back to work when she was about 5 weeks old, I work full time 4 days a week 12 hour shifts on an ambulance, since coming back Ive honestly felt really discouraged because I pump when Im away but I feel like Im not getting enough, I usually pump about 13 to 14 oz a day. Is that enough? Am I doing something wrong? Any tips? On my days off my daughter exclusively nurses, and I pump twice a day, so Im just trying to get a feel for whats going on here. I hate pumping honestly because I feel so much like well this is mechanical and I miss my baby, could that be it? Or maybe the high stress job? Im not sure, any input? Thanks in advance. posted by ~3
