FQ: Hi, just wanted to see if anyone else has gone thru this or if anyone had any tips. The past 3 days my 15 month old has been waking every 30-45 mins. He does this at nap time and all night long! Before this he would sleep all night and for about 2 hours for his nap. When he wakes he is screaming and shaking and very upset every time. The only way I can get him to go back to sleep is with a bottle (usually just water works), but Im changing him like 3-4 time a night now! Nothing has changed he is still in his crib, in his normal pis, temp is the same as normal in the room, and he gets a snack before bed so I dont think its cause he is hungry. Anyone have any ideas or tips that might help? I feel so bad cause he is so upset when he wakes and I am so tired from waking so much and my other little ones start school soon so that means even earlier mornings for both of us.
