FQ: I am 33 weeks pregnant and have been having severe epigastric pain. Kind of feels like a sharp stabbing sensation that comes and goes. Hurts when I walk, bend over, or even when Im resting. I have brought this to my attention to my OBGYN but was informed it was caused by heartburn. I have been taking my Zantac as prescribed, tums, and Nexium, and while those take away my heartburn that shooting pain still comes. I just want to know if anyone else has gone through this as well?
