FQ: so a month and a half ago my 4 year old daughter met me at the door after my third shift job and told me that her 10 year old brother had touched her. I was already in the process of getting him started in mental health services so they fast tracked him into his first appointment. After an hour long convo with his therapist she informed me that she had to call protective services and that i had to call the police dept. which i did. Two weeks later p.s. Came and did a home visit and a drug screen and background check and all was good. My son has continued his therapy every week and my daughter and i have also started therapy. Now a month has gone by after weekly check ins with p.s. And she shows up at my door with a court date and an attorney for me scheduled for monday to terminate my rights and remove the kids from my home. I feel like im being railroaded as the court date is monday and i was just notified yesterday. Any thoughts or ideas as to what might happen? posted by Stacy
