FRANCIS MARION RECREATION SMALL FRY PATRIOT ALL-STARS HEADS-UP BULLETIN BOARD: Parents, Wednesday practice will be a scrimmage against Greenwood-American at their field between 6-6:30 or whenever we get to the field. I would like for everyone to meet at our field and we will travel over to Greenwood, which is also the site for the District 10 ALL-STAR Tournament starting Friday. This is one of the challenges that we received before the Pepsi Tournament that I mentioned and it gives our team to chance to see the two fields that they will play on during the tournament. We have already played one of the Greenwood teams in the Pepsi and defeated them on Saturday night. Both Greenwood-National and Greenwood-American will play each other in the 1st Rd of the District, so we will see one of them in the 2nd Rd. So, this will be a warm-up to the 2nd Rd! BRING YO A GAME, PATRIOT ALL-STARS. This is a scrimmage so we will be working on some things that we are failing to do in our games. I checked on the status of the uniforms and Kelly has assured us that they will be DELIVERED by Friday. So this is a heads-up on that matter. Our game Friday is against Lynches River who lost to Delmae tonight and ended up placing secong in the Pepsi Tournament. It kicks off at 6:00pm on Field #1 which is the field to the left as you enter the park. The park is located on the left about a 1/4 mile from the intersection of Howe Springs Rd., and Pamplico Hwy on Pamplico Hwy. And thats the latest news!!!
