FRAUD IN THE ASBESTOS SETTLEMENT CAN BE RESOLVED BY DESIGNING A COMPUTER MODEL TO CONFIRM AND PAY CLAIMS The Wall Street Journal published an article on Tuesday, March 12th, 2013, setting forth fraud in the asbestos settlement, now to lay some foundation the US Congress has revised the asbestos settlement, giving injured parties peanuts, in comparison to Law Firms receiving billions whereas every possible Serrano has been litigated hundred’s of thousands of times, further Law Firms litigation is involved in fraud according to the Wall Street Journal, which provide links in their article to supporting documentation in reference to said article. I am proposing that Congress require that a computer Model be designed to access said litigated claims and based upon that data, determine what Claimants are eligible for settlement, and in what amount that settlement should be, based upon previous case data and the billions paid to Law Firms should be paid to injured parties.
