Open up your lungs...hold your shoulders back, stand tall and take deep breaths in through your nose and when you blow out through your mouth, drop your shoulders. Your lungs will love you for it. WE have become a nation of SHALLOW BREATHERS. Give your lungs rooms to expand and then breathe in and out nice and slow. Your health will improve with this simple little thing.
