FREE & HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS GROUP—Im changing the name of the group from FREE & HEALTHY to SWEET CHANGE. It will be an accountability and coaching group. Those in the group will be set free, however there will be a monthly fee for the group. If you are like me you have probably already spent thousands of dollars on weight loss products and programs. This group will be an investment in you.This group will encourage, motivate and keep you accountable like no other group. We will have weekly and monthly topics, homework assignments, videos, calls, question, answer time and much, much more. I could not have lost weight without being a part of an accountability group.
