FREE MOVIE NIGHT Tuesday, January 20 at 6:30 p.m. Sanctuary Friends Foundations ‘Friends In Focus’ Shows A Fierce Green Fire: The Battle for a Living Planet. This movie explores the environmental movement – grassroots and global activism - spanning fifty years of conservation and climate change narrated by Robert Redford, Ashley Judd, Van Jones, Isabel Allende and Meryl Streep. It focuses on activism, people fighting to save their homes, their lives, the future – and succeeding against all odds.The showing is held at Marathon Power Squadron Building, 52nd St. Gulf on Loggerhead Lane. Free popcorn; drinks are available for a small donation.
