FREE RABIES CLINIC for Dogs, Cats, and Ferrets! Did you know that state law requires all dogs, cats and ferrets older than 4 months to have valid, current rabies vaccination? Well The Tompkins County Health Department Environmental Health Division helps you do this by offering free vaccination clinics across Tompkins County! The 2014 FALL CLINICS are as follows: Wed. 9/24 - NEWFIELD- School Bus Garage Thurs. 9/25 - GROTON - Fire Station Wed. 10/1 - CAROLINE - Highway Garage Thurs. 10/2 - TRUMANSBURG - School Bus Garage Wed. 10/8 - ITHACA - Central Fire Station All clinics run from 7:00-9:00 p.m. Proof of prior vaccination require to receive a 3 year certificate for cats and dogs.
