FREE RENT FOR 6 MONTHS! I have a spare cabin up on Mt. Hood that Im considering letting someone live in for free rent in exchange for cleaning it up and doing some handy man work. Theres quite a few issues with the place, and currently it looks like a house youd find on the show Hoarders (see picture in the comments), but it can be cleaned up and made into a very cozy and livable place. My buddy used to live there and it was adorable. Currently theres a break in the water main, so the entire plumbing needs to be gone through or redone. Also, the bathroom has some serious issues, but nothing that cant be fixed by the right guy. Ideally Im looking for one guy who has some carpentry/electrical/plumbing skills to occupy the place and take care of it in exchange for free rent. Im open to extending the vacancy beyond 6 months too if its a win/win for both sides. If you know of anyone that may be interested in such a thing, send me a private message. Absolutely no tweekers or dope heads. Im not hating, we just have a clean community around here and Im not about to introduce that into our neighborhood.
