***FREE app of the day*** (Free) Peppas Activity Maker is a great app for finding indoor and outdoor activities to do with your child! The app includes 32 activities, which can be searched by indoor, outdoor, or anywhere, as well as by length of time. On the screen that shows all of the activities, there is a drawing of the activity, its name, location, and approximate length of time. Once you choose an activity to do, there is a written description, and you are prompted to go to the next page. Parents will like the why tab, which tells you what skills each activity work on. The app tells you what you will need for the chosen activity, and explains the directions in simple steps. This app requires reading, and is best for parents to use with their children. Once the activity or craft is finish, you are prompted to take a picture of your finished product, or find another activity. The process is the same when you select let your child select an activity, except the process of picking an activity is more random, fun, and interactive once the child chooses indoor or outdoor.
